Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and dispatched within the same day if ordered before 11:00 AM. This will be done the next day should an order be received after 11:00 AM. Cloud 9 Vapery uses The Courier Guy to deliver your goods. Tracking numbers for goods dispatched will be sent to customers via email and can be tracked using The Courier Guy's website. A shipping fee of R130.00 will be charged for each parcel sent to Major Centres and R150.00 to outlying areas. If goods are to be picked up from the store, the In-Store Collection should be selected, however goods amounting to R1500.00 or more will enable the free shipping option. These parcels will be shipped overnight to major centres. Customers in outlying areas should expect goods to arrive within 2-3 working days. Please note that requests made after 11:00 AM on a Thursday will only be shipped out on a Monday.
